Blog vs Wikis

Blogs and wikis are very similar; but not that similar, they both form communities, ideas and information for the whole world to see. A blog is a place where people can share their ideas and thoughts and whatever interests them and they can write about it to their audiences. A blog is like a journal you can updated whenever you get an idea that you can post to your audience. A blog is someone opinion. An article by the NY Times called "Pentagon Keeps Wary Watch as Troops Blog" has shown that troops are blogging their experiences. This is a problem because they are blogging things that they shouldn’t be blogging. Wikis are like a bulletin board that you see your school so that everyone can read it and change things if they want to. Wikis can be run by anyone one in the world that’s why it can’t be a source that you can trust. If I had to choose one of the two I’ll chose a blog because a blog can be more useful than a wiki.
